Mr. Balbir has been a resident of Mississauga for the past 27 years. Mr. Balbir is a member of FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario) as well as the Toronto Real Estate Board. Over the years Balbir has witnessed exponential growth of both the Residential and Commercial developments in different areas of GTA and has since realized the importance a Mortgage Broker possesses in every transaction.

Mr. Balbir has been a Broker for the past 8 years.  With exceptional growth in the Mortgage Business in the past few years has given him the knowledge and expertise needed to obtain financing for any type of transaction at hand.

Mr. Ken joined Balkan Mortgage Services Inc. in July of 2007 as a Mortgage Specialist.  With a drive to obtain excellence in the business Ken obtained Broker registration with FSCO in July 2008.

Mr. Ken has been involved in the Mortgage business from the start of his Real Estate career.  Ken has facilitated numerous transaction in the Mortgage Business that account for over $25 Million just over the past year.  With contact within the financial industry Ken has the ability to close any type of financing deal at hand.  With a wide spread of contacts within the financial institutions and private lenders, Ken can obtain a lender to complete your transaction on a timely basis.
