Mr. Saral has been a resident of Mississauga for the past 30 years. Mr. Saral is a licensed mortgage broker by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) as well as a Registered Real Estate Broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Over the years Balbir has witnessed exponential growth of both the Residential and Commercial developments in different areas of GTA and has since realized the importance a Mortgage Broker possesses in every transaction.

Mr. Saral has been a Broker for the past numerous years.  With exceptional growth in the Mortgage Business in the past few years has given him the knowledge and expertise needed to obtain financing for any type of transaction at hand.

Mr. Rattan joined Balkan Mortgage Services Inc. in July of 2007 as a Mortgage Specialist.  With a drive to obtain excellence in the business Ken obtained Broker registration by FSCO in July 2008.

Mr. Rattan has been involved in the Mortgage business from the start of his Real Estate career.  Ken has facilitated numerous transaction in the Mortgage Business that account for over $50 Million over the past years.  Having made sound contacts within the financial industry Ken has the ability to close any type of financing deal at hand.  With a wide spread of sources within the financial institutions and private lenders, Ken can obtain a lender to complete any transaction on a timely basis.
